Key Responsibilities:
- Transform Accounts: Expand underpenetrated and dormant accounts into multi-million-dollar growth engines, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic Expansion: Identify and unlock horizontal growth opportunities across multiple business units using a structured "heat-mapping" approach.
- Executive Leadership: Build and strengthen C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, BU Heads), positioning Techolution as a trusted AI innovation partner.
- Value Creation: Translate AI and modernization capabilities into tangible ROI for clients, converting POCs and pilots into enterprise-scale, multi-year contracts.
- Thought Leadership: Bring consultative, platform-led insights that help clients modernize, automate, and accelerate digital transformation.
- Complex Deal Orchestration: Manage end-to-end strategic sales cycles including RFP/SOW responses, executive alignment, and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
- Repeatable Growth: Identify patterns and scalable plays across industries to accelerate expansion across your account portfolio.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Enterprise Growth Track Record: Proven success driving horizontal expansion and growing enterprise accounts from project-level to multi-million-dollar partnerships.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently achieved and exceeded annual quotas ($3M-$5M+), with a history of 100%+ attainment.
- Strategic Selling Expertise: Experienced in RFP/SOW-driven sales cycles and managing complex multi-stakeholder deals across enterprise and public sector clients.
- AI & Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/GenAI, cloud modernization (GCP/AWS/Azure), and data-driven transformation initiatives.
- C-Suite Engagement: Skilled at building executive relationships, uncovering strategic priorities, and influencing digital transformation roadmaps.
- Business Storytelling: Exceptional communicator with the ability to craft executive narratives and connect business impact to technology innovation.
- Outcome Orientation: Passion for delivering measurable client success - not just revenue growth, but real business transformation
