
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Partner to manage strategic client relationships and drive business growth.
- As a Client Partner, you will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- You will work closely with delivery, sales, and product teams to ensure the seamless execution of client engagements while identifying new opportunities to deliver value.-

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic client relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Understand the client's business, objectives, and challenges to proactively offer solutions and innovations.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through deep engagement and exceptional delivery.
- Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales and delivery teams.
- Lead regular business reviews and performance updates with clients, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Partner with project management and delivery teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, and quality execution of client engagements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals and business growth targets.
- Monitor key account metrics such as revenue, margins, customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and delivery KPIs.
- Resolve client escalations quickly and effectively while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify areas for client growth and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 -7 years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative sales roles, preferably in [e.g, IT Services, SaaS, Digital Transformation, Consulting, etc.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across delivery, sales, and product departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
