The Opportunity:

As the Sales Head/Account Manager for IBM Software Solutions, you will have full ownership of our enterprise sales efforts. Youll build the vertical from scratch, drive high-value enterprise deals, and forge strategic relationships with C-level executives. Your vision and drive will shape the future of our IBM software business across industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.

Job Details:

Experience Required: 5-10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in AI or Cybersecurity domains.


Compensation Bracket: Competitive and commensurate with experience.


Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation is a must.

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Required Skills:


- Strong experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in Cloud, AI, Automation, Data, and Security.


- Strong understanding of software solutioning, SaaS, and enterprise integration tools.

- Proven experience in client acquisition, pre-sales coordination, and deal closures.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new enterprise accounts across BFSI, NBFC, and Tech sectors.

- Drive end-to-end sales for AI, Cybersecurity, and Integration technology solutions.

- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders to understand pain points and propose relevant solutions.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and solutioning teams to design proposals, demos, and PoCs.

- Build long-term client relationships focused on value creation and technology adoption.

- Achieve revenue targets through strategic account planning and consultative sales.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, ML, and Cybersecurity technologies.
