Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1015 Years

Industry Preference: Banking / Financial Services / NBFC / Insurance

Education: MBA (HR)/B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent from a reputed institution. HR Technology or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Lead (Assistant Vice President) to drive the organization's HR digital transformation agenda. The role will be responsible for managing the HR technology landscape, leading implementation and enhancement of HR systems, partnering with HR and business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of HR processes through technology. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or similar HRMS solutions, along with strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Technology Strategy:

- Drive the HR technology roadmap aligned with the bank's digital transformation strategy.

- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve employee experience.

- Evaluate new HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

2. HR Systems Management:

- Manage and optimize enterprise HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Succession, Onboarding, etc.).

- Ensure high system availability, stability, and user adoption.

- Lead periodic system upgrades, releases, testing, and enhancements.

3. HR Digital Transformation:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of HR technology projects.

- Partner with HR COEs to digitize core HR processes including:

1. Recruitment

2. Performance Management

3. Learning & Development

4. Compensation & Benefits

5. Succession Planning

6. Employee Lifecycle Management

7. Talent Management

- Drive process standardization and automation across HR functions.

4. Project Management:

- Manage multiple HR technology projects simultaneously from planning through execution.

- Define project scope, timelines, governance, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

- Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with HR, Business Leaders, IT, Information Security, Compliance, and external implementation partners.

- Translate business requirements into technology solutions.

- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

6. Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.

- Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.

- Evaluate new technology partners and solutions.

7. Data & Analytics:

- Develop HR dashboards and reports using HR analytics tools.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.

- Support workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making.

8. Governance, Compliance & Security:

- Ensure HR systems comply with regulatory, audit, and information security requirements.

- Maintain data privacy standards and access controls.

- Support internal and external audits related to HR systems.

9. User Support & Change Management:

- Drive user adoption through communication, training, and change management initiatives.

- Establish governance for issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

- Act as the HR Technology subject matter expert across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Digital HR, or HR Transformation.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory. Exposure to Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwinbox, or SAP HCM will be an added advantage.

- Experience leading HR technology implementation and transformation projects within large organizations.

- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Experience working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Knowledge of HR system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
