Technical Project Manager - VoIP & Telecom

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in VoIP/Telecom and Project Management. The candidate should have a technical background in VoIP/Telecom and experience managing technical teams, projects, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage VoIP/Telecom projects from planning to final delivery.

- Gather requirements and communicate with clients.

- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

- Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Support, and Infrastructure teams.

- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and deadlines.

- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.

- Manage UAT, deployment, production rollout, and customer acceptance.

- Handle scope changes and project documentation.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Support pre-sales activities, estimation, and technical discussions.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience in VoIP/Telecom.

- Knowledge of FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC.

- Experience with SBC, IP Telephony, Linux, TCP/IP, NAT, and Firewalls.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of REST APIs is an advantage.

- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 6 - 7 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

- Prior hands-on technical experience in VoIP/Telecom.

- Experience managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.

- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

- International client experience is preferred.

- PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification is an advantage.
