Technical Program Manager

Role Overview :

As a Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex engineering requirements and high-level business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, product managers, and architects to drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable technology solutions. Your day-to-day involves navigating intricate technical dependencies, mitigating project risks, and ensuring that product roadmaps align with organizational goals. By fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational rigor, you will directly influence the speed and quality of product releases, ultimately enhancing the user experience and driving significant business growth across our Delhi NCR and Gurgaon operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Orchestrate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for high-impact technical initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions to maintain team velocity and remove technical blockers that impede developer productivity.

- Manage complex stakeholder expectations by providing transparent, data-driven updates on program health, resource allocation, and project milestones.

- Implement robust project management frameworks to standardize delivery processes and improve operational efficiency across distributed engineering teams.

- Drive cross-departmental collaboration to resolve architectural dependencies and ensure seamless integration of new features into existing technical ecosystems.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in IT Program Management with 9 to 13 years of experience in leading large-scale software engineering programs.

- Proven ability to navigate Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage iterative development cycles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Strong command over formal project management practices, with a PMP certification preferred to demonstrate a structured approach to risk and scope management.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, effectively managing remote and on-site team dynamics across the Delhi NCR and Gurgaon region.

- A solid educational background in Engineering or Computer Science, complemented by a track record of delivering scalable software products.
