Technical Lead - Copilot/SharePoint & Teams

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of AI-powered capabilities across business applications to enhance productivity, collaboration, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and integration of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications.

- Design and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve business productivity and efficiency.

- Manage and support core M365 platforms including OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

- Develop and deploy workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.

- Ensure seamless document management, collaboration, and communication across the organization.

- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and user training on Microsoft Copilot and M365 tools.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot integration.

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Expertise in: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Outlook.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (workflow automation).

- Understanding of AI-driven productivity tools and business process automation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
