Technical Lead
Description:
We are building AI-native systems at the intersection of conversational intelligence and domain expertise.
We are looking for strong engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems from first principles and building production-grade systems from scratch. Were looking for engineers who understand systems deeply and can operate in a fast-moving AI-first environment.
- Architecting and building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Designing event-driven and distributed microservices
- Integrating and orchestrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Building internal tooling, logging, and evaluation systems
- Designing memory and state management workflows
- Solving latency, reliability, and concurrency challenges
- Working directly with founders on 01 product development
Technical skills:
- 3-7 Years of experience in Engineering or Software development.
- Strong backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineering experience
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience building and owning systems end-to-end
- Comfortable working in small, high-ownership teams
- Strong problem-solving ability and first-principles thinking
Good to have:
- experience working with LLM APIs or GenAI systems
- Built RAG pipelines, agent workflows, or AI-driven tools
- Experience with Kafka, SQS, or event-driven systems
- Startup or early-stage company experience
