- Capable of setting up of Mechanical & Electrical departments for plant mechanical maintenance & Electrical operations. - Reading & Understanding of Fabrication & MEP services drawings and reproducing the same at the site with possible improvements. - Experience in the highly automated process environment. Ability to effectively communicate. - Executing Large industrial projects which involve PEB Structure, Heavy Fabrication at the site that includes Silos, Ducting, Cyclones, and Support structures. Equipment unloading, Erection & commissioning activities. Utility services such as Energy plants, Cooling towers, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Fire Fighting Systems, and Process piping. - Finding innovative ways to improve processes to increase output, improve quality, and reduce cost through employee involvement and coordinating the implementation of ideas. - Troubleshoot problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, in order to sustain continuous production. - Ensure proper standard operating requirements are followed by instructing employees and continual monitoring and support. - Knowledge about the PLC Programing and Drive Programming IO list checking, hook-up drawing and installation, and commissioning activities. - Provide needed support in the preparation and distribution of engineering documents including the engineering part - Responsible for sourcing, engaging, the contractors, and certification of contractor's bills for payments. - Responsible for day-to-day work planning, quality of construction, and monitoring with MIS report submission. - Trains develop and monitor teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their specified tasks.
