Must Have: BA, Cable Domain, REST API, Kafka DB

Mode of Hiring: C2H (Long-term | High possibility of conversion to FTE)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in the Telecom/Cable domain. The candidate must have deep understanding of API design/testing, Kafka DB, and experience working with cross-functional teams in distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work extensively with web services/REST APIs, including analysis, design, documentation, and

testing using industry tools.

- Participate in and drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, working closely with product, development, QA, and architecture teams.

- Demonstrate hands-on understanding of Kafka DB, its structure, messaging patterns, and telecom use cases.

- Work with cross-functional teams located across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth

coordination and requirement clarity.

- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare detailed LLD (Low-Level Design) documents.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation of functional and technical needs.

- Utilize any SQL database at beginner-to-intermediate expertise for queries, validation, and analysis.

- Support projects in evening overlap timings, based on client needs.

- Work on telecom/cable billing systems and contribute to requirement design for associated features.

- Have basic understanding of programming languages to effectively interpret technical discussions.

- Prepare and maintain design documentation, process flows, and use cases.

- Ensure strong domain understanding and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Experience of web services/ REST APIs design & testing tools.

- Experience with Agile (scrum) process & ceremonies.

- Experience/ understanding of Kafka DB and its use cases

- Cable Domain Knowledge

- Good in communication & analytical skills.

- Experience of co-ordination with cross functional teams which are working in different time zones.

- Requirement gathering/analysis and writing LLD document.

- Experience with any SQL DB with beginner to intermediate level expertise.

- Ready to work in evening overlapped timing.

- Experience with any billing system used in Telco/ Cable clients.

- Experience/ understanding of any programming language.

- Candidate should be good in domain and design

- Experience with low level design & documentation
