Technical & Commercial Manager - Pilling Domain

Job Description:

Technical Responsibilities:

- Lead technical planning and execution of piling and water well drilling projects.

- Review geological reports, bore logs, and drilling methodologies.

- Finalize drilling methods, equipment selection, and resource deployment.

- Supervise site teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications.

- Resolve technical challenges related to ground conditions, bore stability, and yield optimization.

Commercial Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for piling and water well projects.

- Handle tendering, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.

- Manage contracts, variations, claims, and change orders.

- Monitor project costs, billing, and profitability.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

Management & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance.

- Prepare MIS reports on project progress, cost, revenue, and margins.
