We are curently bootstrapping and this will be more of equity along with fixed component. We are working on fund raising and expect a hike once we raise funds.

Budget for now : 15-17 LPA + Equity

- Managing the end to end Sales for the Customers in the respective market.

- Identify potential customers that would need IT services and products.

- Develop mutually beneficialbusinessrelationships with the customers by meeting their relevant stake holders.

- Build relationships with vendors/ OEM partners and make sure that products/ Services bring in long term value to the Customers

- Maintain a healthy rapport with the customers

- Dynamic and hunger forbusinessattitude. Candidate will carry a quota to achieve quarter on quarter and yearly.

- Outbound in-person calls, communication by phone and email to key people in named accounts. Initiate conversations with decision makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understandbusinessneeds, and create newbusinessopportunities within an assigned territory/ Accounts. Create Account Profiling sheet and key people profiles.

- Provide accurate forecasting and reports. Collaborate and identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation. Maintain lead records and activities.

Need To Know:

- Should have demonstrated the capability to identify and engage clients.

- Should have developed relationships in these organizations that can be leveraged in the present position.

- Should have a fair understanding of IT Infrastructure products/ Services

- Should have sufficient understanding of the latest technology prevalent in the market.

- Should have a fair commercial acumen.
