Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Performance Marketing SPOC who will act as the single point of contact for managing paid ad campaigns across platforms and coordinating with our internal tech and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-conversion B2B ad funnels targeting the USA and UAE markets, with a strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn.

- Conduct audience research, create buyer personas, and define ad funnel strategies for B2B SaaS and service offerings.

- Set up conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and monitor retargeting audiences.

- Build and manage lead generation funnels (top, mid, and bottom funnel content).

- Coordinate with internal tech, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with service offerings.

- Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and generate weekly performance reports.

- Propose A/B testing plans for creatives, headlines, targeting, and landing pages.

- Ensure ROI-focused strategy, including budget forecasting, CAC analysis, and conversion rate optimization.

- Monitor competitor activity and benchmark ad performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:.

- 3+ years of experience running successful ad campaigns for B2B services (preferably in the tech industry).

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager.

- Proven ability to generate qualified leads from USA and UAE markets.

- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and retargeting strategies.

- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Bonus Points for:

- Experience in SaaS product marketing.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.

- Prior work with agencies or global B2B brands.
