Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage key enterprise SEO clients across industries (BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc.)

- Act as the primary SPOC, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

- Lead SEO strategy, performance reviews, and data-driven recommendations

- Collaborate with SEO, content, tech, and analytics teams for seamless execution

- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to account growth

- Mentor and manage client servicing teams

Key Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management with strong SEO background

- Proven experience handling enterprise or large-scale SEO accounts

- Strong understanding of SEO strategy, analytics, and performance metrics

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred
