Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive significant revenue growth by strategically identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our comprehensive IT services portfolio. This role requires a proven track record in consultative selling, market strategy, and managing the full sales cycle in the competitive IT/digital services landscape.
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus on high-value, complex deals and strategic market penetration:
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Own and strategically manage the entire B2B sales pipeline, focusing on qualifying high-potential leads and accelerating the conversion rate for enterprise-level projects.
- Market Penetration & Strategy: Conduct advanced market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped market segments and strategic partnership opportunities. Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- High-Value Deal Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations for large contracts, demonstrating deep understanding of client requirements and confidently articulating the value proposition of our comprehensive digital solutions.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert in IT sales, collaborating closely with internal technical teams (Development, Solution Architects) to craft bespoke proposals, SOWs, and complex quotations. Provide mentorship to junior BD resources.
- Platform & Channel Optimization: Strategically utilize and optimize lead generation channels beyond basic platforms, including premium features of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry event networking, and targeted outreach to C-level executives.
- CRM Mastery & Reporting: Ensure meticulous management of the sales cycle through advanced CRM utilization, providing accurate forecasting, detailed reporting, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Enhanced Requirements:
- 4+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a clear focus on IT/digital services (Web, Mobile, Software Development).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding demanding revenue targets for high-value services.
- Expert negotiation, presentation, and communication skills suitable for engaging C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Deep expertise in consultative sales methodology and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced sales tools, including CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sophisticated email automation platforms.
- Strong technical acumen with a thorough understanding of the lifecycle, architecture, and technology stack behind modern web and mobile application development.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, define quarterly strategies, and drive results in a remote environment.
