Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Manager Performance Marketing to lead and scale our paid media efforts. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically within paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, and affiliate networks. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement end-to-end performance marketing strategies to meet customer acquisition and retention goals.
Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and affiliate partnerships.
Data-Driven Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement in performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, setting clear goals and KPIs while ensuring flawless campaign execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with brand, content, design, and product teams to align messaging and drive conversion across the customer journey.
Reporting & Insights:
- Deliver regular reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
Innovation & Learning:
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively test new channels, creatives, and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and drive measurable ROI.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring a team is preferred.
- Certifications (preferred): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint (Facebook Ads), HubSpot, or similar.
