Rewards, HR, Team Member JAE & Org. Design Job Purpose: To support and effectively coordinate, implement Org. Design, JAE and PMS for the business. The role holder will ensure efficient operations and management through effective planning, co-ordination, guidance, review and establishing controls to meet time schedules, provide decision support and comply with regulations to ensure alignment with Metals/ HR objectives. Job Context & Major Challenges: Job Context: Currently there are 4200+ employees in the management cadre and 3800 in Staff cadre of Hindalco. Incumbent shall have to provide support to the Performance Management, JAE, Organization Design to Lead - PMS, JAE & Org. Design to ensure timely and effective delivery of the programs related to these functions. Job Challenges: The incumbent needs to learn, understand and implement the HR processes under the Total Rewards functions and work closely with Units and Clusters to run the programs as per timelines. Role holder will be required to work with external partners and internal senior management teams to collect data and present solutions in a clear and precise manner. Key Result Areas: - Supporting Actions - Organization Design - To drive the review and recommendation of Organisation Design of team structures across Hindalco - To support the HR team members to create proposals on Organisation Design for senior management discussion and approvals - To provide insights on structure benchmarking, span and layers productivity study and seek key inputs from relevant stakeholders - To maintain the repository of all structure approvals and existing structure designs - To work with Lead in continuous process improvement on organization design process and digitalization of the process Job Evaluation: - To support the Business Level Job Analysis and Evaluation process by managing end to end activities - To launch the periodic BJEC to review job evaluation cases for new as well as re-evaluation of positions - To maintain repository Job Descriptions for all management cadre positions and standard jobs - To design Job Descriptions for senior management positions - To ensure timely updation of BJEC results in Poornata - To communicate with stakeholders to collect the required information for the smooth conduct of BJEC as well as release of final results Position Management Module: - To support HR Operations in position creation as per approved Org. structures - To ensure timely audit of Position Management as per the defined parameters - To coordinate with HR teams to ensure timely update of Position Management data - To work on defining Standard Jobs and Unique Jobs across Hindalco basis the internal guidelines Performance Management: - To support the Lead ; PMS during Annual Performance Review by ensuring successful implementation of key PMS processes during ACR - To independently drive Performance Management process in 1 business cluster during ACR - coordinate with Cluster/Unit HR, sharing timely status updates, data analysis and providing recommendations wherever required - To support the team in designing communication content for knowledge building ; decks, mailers, creatives, banners, videos, etc. - To support the team to prepare data and insights for Business level normalization Capability Building: - To create content design and templates for Position management and Training - To coordinate awareness and training sessions for JAE, Org. Design and JD writing - To collate of training feedback and inputs Digitalization: - To identify, plan, coordinate and execute process digitalization with support from technology partner and IT team - To work with BCOE and Lead in defining work scope - Continuous enhancement of PerformFit (digital tool for PMS & Rewards)
