Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Team Leader to lead a high-performing planning team, ensuring supply plans are aligned with business objectives, demand forecasts, and customer requirements. The role requires strong leadership, supply chain expertise, and the ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planning professionals, driving performance management and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

- Analyze supply network constraints, identify risks, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

- Oversee stock allocation in alignment with demand forecasts to ensure optimal product availability.

- Manage supply planning data in compliance with organizational data governance standards.

- Support new product launches and tender processes through scenario planning, capacity assessment, and material readiness assurance.

- Utilize advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro, IBP, and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4 HANA) to develop capacity plans and monitor KPIs.

- Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and agility in planning processes.

- Drive continuous improvement in supply planning practices and contribute to S&OP processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.

- 7-10 years of proven experience in supply planning or related functions, preferably in a global organization.

- Strong expertise in supply chain planning tools, including Kinaxis Maestro, IBP, and SAP ECC/S4 HANA.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, performance reviews, and coaching.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
