Team Lead - Legal - BFS

To ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks by managing contract negotiations such as vendor agreements, service contracts, loan agreements etc. To provide legal advisory to business functions and building strategic networks. This role also involves team hiring and management to support organizational legal needs effectively.

Good experience in non-litigation

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

- Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Business Agreements and Legal documents related to Digital Lending, Digital Loans, Digital Banking Products, Commercial Banking, Treasury, Software, etc.

- Standardisation of documentation and creation of Repository

- Facilitation of legal due diligence in strategic projects like DPDP, IPO readiness, amalgamations/acquisitions

- Drafting and vetting various policies and process of the Bank

- Providing Legal Advisory on various issues.

- Manage litigations, case status, replying to legal notices, case studies and research

- Liaisoning with external law firms and Vendors

- Any other adhoc work as and when required
