Team Lead - Legal Associate - LLB/LLM

Location: Noida, Sector 63, H Block.

Shift Timing: 9 PM 6 AM (Night Shift).

Experience: 3+ years (Team Handling in LPO or Litigation).

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Legal Associate, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our legal operations and mentoring our next generation of legal talent. Your day-to-day will include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting key legal documents from contracts and pleadings to discovery responses.

- Conducting deep-dive legal research across U.S., U.K., and other common-law jurisdictions.

- Leading and mentoring junior associates, ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery.

- Liaising directly with international clients to understand needs and craft effective legal solutions.

- Managing workflows, maintaining case files, and ensuring compliance with client standards.

- Collaborating across teams to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.

Requirements:

- LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.

- Minimum 3 years experience in an LPO or litigation environment, with proven team-handling skills.

- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication abilities.

- Comfort working in U.S. time zones (night shift).

- A proactive mindset someone who leads by example, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, global setting.
