Hiring for Foreclosure SME / Team Lead

About the Role:

Were looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in US Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy processes.

This role requires end-to-end foreclosure management experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

- Lead and motivate a foreclosure team to meet quality and productivity standards.

- Manage team performance, provide feedback, and support career development.

- Promote a positive work environment that encourages retention and teamwork.

- Handle people-related matters in coordination with HR and management.

Operations:

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all KPIs are met.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS / MBR / QBR reports.

- Handle client interactions and escalations professionally.

- Identify and resolve operational and technical issues promptly.

- Conduct regular quality checks, training sessions, and performance reviews.

- Mentor and guide foreclosure associates to improve process efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer experience.

- Conduct appraisals, provide structured feedback, and document performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 210 years of experience in BPO / US Mortgage Foreclosure domain.

- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.

- Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good interpersonal, time management, and planning skills.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.

- Flexible to work in different shifts.
