
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to spearhead our Commercial Leasing vertical in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, team management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end commercial real estate transactions - from client engagement and property listings to deal negotiations and closure.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve assigned revenue targets by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to ensure a strong future revenue pipeline.
Client Consulting:
- Adopt a consultative approach to understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties, leading to successful closures.
Business Development:
- Conduct regular meetings, tele-calling, and site visits to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for yourself and the team.
Marketing & Collateral:
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials including presentations, proposals, and market overviews to support client pitches and negotiations.
Team Leadership:
- Guide, mentor, and support team members in deal-making activities, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Market Intelligence:
- Conduct thorough mapping of the city's commercial landscape to stay updated on demand, supply, and competitive movements. Proactively identify and tap into talent pools for team expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial leasing or real estate services with a strong transaction record.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling capabilities.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Familiarity with the Chennai commercial real estate market is preferred.
