We are actively seeking a motivated and high-achieving Team Lead B2B Sales to join The Dollar Business, a fast-growing leader in the IT services sector.



Based in Ahmedabad, this role is ideal for a sales professional with 5 to 6 years of B2B experience and a proven ability to lead, guide, and motivate a sales team of 7-10 members toward aggressive performance goals.



You will be instrumental in driving front-line execution and fostering a results-oriented culture where performance is directly rewarded.



Key Responsibilities & Sales Leadership:



Performance & Guidance:



- Target Achievement: Directly lead and guide the sales team toward consistently achieving and exceeding established sales targets and KPIs.



- Operational Coaching: Provide daily coaching, mentorship, and direction to a team of 7-10 sales professionals, ensuring best practices in prospecting, pitch delivery, and deal management.



- Target-Driven Execution: Drive discipline and execution excellence, leveraging a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment.



Strategy & Team Management:



- Leadership & Planning: Utilize strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to define and articulate the team's weekly and monthly operational strategy.



- Culture: Foster a positive, supportive, and energetic work culture that promotes collaboration and high accountability.



- Talent Development: Actively manage and evaluate team performance, identifying training opportunities to continuously enhance skill sets and optimize sales output.
