Were Hiring: Marketing Manager.

Location: Ahmedabad.

Department: Marketing.

What Youll Do:

- Design and lead multi-channel, channel-agnostic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

- Build detailed campaign roadmaps including objectives, target audiences, messaging frameworks, channels, KPIs, and timelines.

- Own end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, Expandii, LinkedIn, social media, events, and workshops.

- Oversee creation and distribution of campaign assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.

- Implement robust campaign tracking frameworks and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics.

- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.

- Establish structured processes for campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation.

- Collaborate closely with sales, business, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Ensure alignment of all marketing initiatives with company standards, brand guidelines, and business strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Strong hands-on expertise in email marketing and Expandii campaigns.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or service-led environments.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and campaign management platforms.

- Creative mindset with strong result orientation.

Not a Fit If You:

- Prefer working without structure or process-driven environments.

- Avoid ownership of end-to-end campaign responsibility.

- Rely on assumptions instead of data-driven decision-making.

- Struggle to manage multiple campaigns or cross-functional stakeholders.

- Resist continuous improvement and experimentation.
