Position overview:

The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovation strategies, process and initiatives that drive business growth, improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency and optimize underwriting prudence.

the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.

Role and responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovation strategies: develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives.

- Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities: identify and prioritize innovation opportunities through market research, customer feedback and trend analysis.

- Manage innovation pipeline: manage the innovation pipeline, including idea generation, prototyping, testing and launch.

- Collaborate with external partners: collaborate with external partners, including startups, academia and industry experts to stay ahead of the curve and identify the innovation opportunities.

- Develop and manage innovation metrics: develop and manage innovation metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives.

- Foster a culture of innovation: foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging experimentation, learning and creativity.

Education & experience requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business, engineering or a related field.

- Masters degree preferred.

- Relevant experience in innovation management, product development or a related field.

Preferred skills:

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with design thinking, lean startup and agile methodologies.

- Certification in innovation management, design thinking or a related field is a plus.
