Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Strategy & Execution

- Own and manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring strategies.

- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.


Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

- Use various sourcing techniques: Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing regular updates, analytics, and insights on hiring progress and market conditions.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align hiring plans with business goals.


- Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

- Promote the employer brand through social media, events, job fairs, campus outreach, and industry networks.

- Contribute to content creation for employer branding initiatives.


Data & Reporting

- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

- Generate regular dashboards and reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making.


- Compliance & Process Improvement

- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies.

- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth post-offer experience.


Requirements:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 6 - 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.

- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels, including leadership hiring.

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities under tight deadlines.

- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking
