Tata Tele Business Services - Cluster Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Performance Management:

- Own overall performance, revenue, cost, and operational KPIs for the assigned cluster

- Drive achievement of targets related to growth, service delivery, and customer satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required

Operations & Execution:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster

- Standardize processes and enforce adherence to organizational policies and SOPs

- Drive operational efficiency, quality, and compliance across the cluster

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop cluster-level managers and teams

- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

- Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary escalation point for major operational or customer issues within the cluster

- Collaborate with central teams (Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, etc.)

- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and external stakeholders

Strategic Initiatives:

- Execute regional and organizational initiatives at the cluster level

- Identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and innovation within the cluster

- Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-15 years of experience in operations, sales, service delivery, or regional management

- Proven experience managing multi-location or multi-account operations

- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field

- Experience in telecom, BFSI, retail, logistics, or services industries (as applicable)

- Exposure to P&L ownership and regional business management
