- Responsible for achieving goals & targets as per ABP of Mechanical Maintenance - Oxygen Plant, taking care of all Planned / Unplanned, shut down / MSD / Break Down / Daily Management, Mechanical Maintenance-related execution with Area Maintenance of the assigned area, ensuring excellence in execution & maintaining safety standards at the workplace. Additionally, all TQM & Improvement initiatives will be taken care in the area of work. - Sr. Manager-MM-Oxygen Plant Shall be responsible for mechanical maintenance of 340 TPD, 405 TPD, 1200 TPD, 1120 TPD oxygen plant, and other associated sections of the Air Separation Unit. - Safety - Implement necessary actions to ensure Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) excellence initiatives across all respective Areas to achieve zero Fatality and limit LTI within the target. Ensure safety requirements like SOPs, Positive isolation, and adherence to standards are in place and being practiced. investigate incidences and comply with action points. - ABP - Support in making ABP for maintenance and ensure their compliance and corrective actions. - Shutdown Management - Plan & Execute all shutdowns to ensure Safety, Quality & timely compliance of respective areas by driving check-sheet-based execution. Implementation of CCPM tool. - Breakdown Management - Mobilize and manage resources for maintenance activities during breakdown. - Monitor Breakdown response time & Plan corrective action to meet targets. - Capability Building - Preparation & Implementation of augmentation plan. Periodic interaction and communication with special vendors. Mentoring contractors. - TQM - Drive one of the Key TQM initiatives and ensure all TQM initiatives are followed and maintained in their respective areas - Cost & Budget - Preparation of Budgets for equipment, assessment & procurement of present assets for spares. - SLA - Compliance as per SLA. - Pollution Control - Ensure good performance of pollution control systems and equipment to meet targets. - People Development (i) Mentoring of new entrants, supervisory staff, and contractor employees, conducting mass communication periodically. (ii) Identification of training needs, preparing training plans, and imparting training modules
