- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Amazon Account Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on onboarding sellers to Amazon. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales, team management, and Amazon seller onboarding processes. - You will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring smooth seller activation and account setup - Lead and manage a team of Amazon account managers/sales executives - Drive seller onboarding targets for Amazon Marketplace - Develop and execute strategies to increase seller registrations and product listings - Train and mentor the team on Amazon seller policies, onboarding processes, and pitch delivery..
