- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Amazon Account Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on onboarding sellers to Amazon.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales, team management, and Amazon seller onboarding processes.
- You will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring smooth seller activation and account setup
- Lead and manage a team of Amazon account managers/sales executives
- Drive seller onboarding targets for Amazon Marketplace
- Develop and execute strategies to increase seller registrations and product listings
- Train and mentor the team on Amazon seller policies, onboarding processes, and pitch delivery.. Monitor individual and team KPIs; track performance and generate regular reports
- Ensure end-to-end seller onboarding, including documentation, account setup, and catalogue listing. Coordinate with internal Amazon teams for escalations and issue resolutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and marketplace updates to ensure accurate communication with sellers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team. 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably with exposure to Amazon or other marketplaces. Proven track record of leading a successful sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with seller central, catalog management, and Amazon seller policies is a plus..
