Job Title:
Senior Business Sales Manager / Odoo Sales Consultant (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Sales Manager / Odoo Sales Consultant, preferably with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, to drive ERP sales and lead strategic Odoo initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP solutions, managing complex enterprise deals, and guiding clients through end-to-end ERP adoption. This is an onsite leadership position requiring exceptional business acumen, ERP product understanding, and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of Odoo ERP solutions, with a strong focus on manufacturing and related industrial sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and close large-scale ERP deals and long-term strategic projects.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and overall revenue targets.
- Act as a consultative business advisor, helping clients understand ERP transformation needs and implementation readiness.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align proposed solutions with specific client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the ERP lifecycle.
- Represent the company in presentations, demos, client meetings, and high-level negotiations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in selling Odoo ERP with successful large-deal closures.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and ERP functionalities.
- Preferred: Experience selling ERP solutions within the manufacturing industry (automotive, engineering, machinery, fabrication, production units, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage enterprise-level projects.
- Technical aptitude to explain ERP features, integrations, and business impact to stakeholders.
- Minimum 5+ years of ERP sales experience, with at least 2+ years in Odoo ERP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in consultative selling or solution-based sales approaches.
- Exposure to large-scale ERP implementation cycles and project management.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
- Experience dealing with manufacturing operations, process flows, or industrial clients.
