About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Sales Manager / Odoo Sales Consultant to drive ERP sales in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP solutions, closing large deals, and managing complex projects. This is an onsite leadership role requiring strong business acumen, technical understanding of ERP modules, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of Odoo ERP solutions, focusing on manufacturing and related industries.
- Identify, pursue, and close large-scale ERP deals and strategic projects.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as a business coach for clients, providing consultative guidance on ERP adoption.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in selling Odoo ERP solutions with successful large deal closures.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules and ERP functionalities.
- Experience in selling ERP solutions to manufacturing sector (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage big projects.
- Technically sound with the ability to explain ERP solutions to business stakeholders.
- Minimum 5+ years of ERP sales experience, with at least 2+ years in Odoo ERP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based approach.
- Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations and project management.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business/Marketing (preferred).
