
- We are seeking a driven and dynamic ERP Sales Specialist to join our team and spearhead the end-to-end sales process for our ERP solutions, with a strong focus on the Odoo platform.
- This role is ideal for a sales professional with a consultative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B technology sales.
- Manage the complete ERP sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Target mid-to-large enterprises and engage directly with decision-makers, including CXOs.
- Conduct client discovery meetings, deliver customized product demos, and articulate solution value propositions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and lead pricing and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records using CRM tools.
- Provide weekly updates and forecasts to the Sales Head.
- Stay abreast of ERP market trends, Odoo product enhancements, and industry best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP
- Prior experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms ( SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
