Tan90 Thermal - Manager - Sales

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by selling Tan90's end-to-end thermal and cold chain solutions, including Phase Change material, Gel packs, Insulated Iceboxes, Blast Freezers, and Warehousing & Logistics services. The role focuses on delivering integrated solutions to customers across pharma, food, FMCG, and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibility:

- Promote and sell Phase Change Material (PCM), Gel Packs designed for multiple temperature requirements in food, pharma, FMCG and healthcare sector.

- Offer complete cold chain solutions including insulated packaging, freezing, storage, and logistics

- Identify new business opportunities across pharma, food, FMCG, and healthcare sectors

- Develop customer-specific solutions based on temperature sensitivity and transit duration

- Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate commercial terms

- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for seamless solution delivery
