Role Overview:

The Senior Consultant Human Resources will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a dynamic and people-oriented professional who can partner with business leaders, drive employee engagement initiatives, support performance management activities, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to selection and onboarding.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.

- Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee HR operational activities including offer letters, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit processes.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and compliance documentation.

- Provide HR support across queries, policy interpretation, and grievance handling.

Onboarding & Induction:

- Conduct structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

- Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarise employees with company culture, policies, and expectations.

Employee Engagement:

- Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities and team-building programs.

- Implement initiatives to build a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

Performance Management:

- Support periodic performance review cycles and appraisal processes.

- Work with managers to document goals, track progress, and identify development needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with leadership, team managers, and cross-functional departments to support HR initiatives.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
