- Design and implement talent management frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent-related decisions.
Succession Planning
- Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles across the organization.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Internal Talent
- Build and manage internal mobility programs to promote career growth and retention.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify internal talent for open roles and projects.
Talent Review & Analytics
- Facilitate talent review discussions with leadership teams.
- Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs (e.g., internal fill rate, bench strength, readiness levels).
Employee Development & Engagement
- Design and execute career development programs and mentoring initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
