- Lead the end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey process-communication, rollout, analysis, and action planning.
- Maintain data integrity to support Talent Council discussions, succession planning, and development reviews.
- Analyse employee data, insights, and trends to influence decisions and improve engagement and capability development.

- Support the design and rollout of OD programs aligned with business and people strategy.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
- Track milestones, create communication plans, and support change management.
- Provide insights based on data to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Measure program success and recommend improvements based on impact evaluation.
3. DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)
- Partner in implementing DEI initiatives aligned with the organisational roadmap.
- Coordinate leadership development programs for identified groups (such as Women Leaders).
- Track progress, participation, and outcomes through dashboards and leadership reporting.
