Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive performance management frameworks to ensure objective evaluation and constructive feedback across all levels of the organization. - Facilitate end-to-end talent development programs, including leadership training and skill-gap analysis, to prepare our workforce for future business challenges. - Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans that accelerate their growth and contribution. - Analyze performance data and talent metrics to provide actionable insights that inform strategic HR decision-making and organizational design. - Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, ensuring that talent management practices remain consistent with our core values. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in managing performance appraisal cycles and designing competency-based development frameworks that drive measurable business results. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights and clear, persuasive communication. - Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate complex talent data into strategic initiatives that improve organizational efficiency. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to coach managers and mentor employees effectively across diverse functional teams. - Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Mumbai, maintaining high levels of collaboration and visibility within the office. - A Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure a strong foundation in organizational development principles.
