- Demonstrated expertise in managing performance appraisal cycles and designing competency-based development frameworks that drive measurable business results.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights and clear, persuasive communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to translate complex talent data into strategic initiatives that improve organizational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to coach managers and mentor employees effectively across diverse functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Mumbai, maintaining high levels of collaboration and visibility within the office.
- A Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure a strong foundation in organizational development principles.
