This role is focused purely on Talent Management & Development, with high visibility to senior leadership and a direct role in building organization-wide capability for a 15,000+ employee base. Role Highlights - Lead succession planning, HiPo identification, and leadership development programs across levels - Design and execute organization capability-building strategies aligned with evolving business needs - Drive talent interventions in close collaboration with HRBPs and CXOs - Manage a team of 3 direct reports; act as a SME for all things Talent Development Who Should Apply We are specifically looking for professionals who: - Have 1218 years of experience in core Talent Management / Development (not generalist HR) - Hold a full-time MBA in HR (Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred) - Have worked in BFSI or similar fast-paced, structured industries - Are currently drawing or expect a CTC within 70 LPA - Can join early or are on short notice periods Note: Generalist HR profiles or those without dedicated TM/Talent Development experience will not be considered.
