Role Overview: As a Talent Management and Talent Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and optimizing their human capital. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract, retain, and cultivate top-tier talent within the organization. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing their workforce's skills, potential, and career growth, driving the company's success and innovation. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Talent Development and holds the responsibility of an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive talent management and development programs aligned with the company's goals and values. - Collaborate with leadership to identify key talent needs and create effective talent acquisition strategies. - Develop and manage a robust performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. - Coordinate and execute learning and development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. - Create and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of leadership talent. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development. - Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent management strategies into business operations and decision-making processes. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management and development, infusing innovation into our programs. Requirements: - MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute. - 8-10 years of experience in talent management & talent development. - Proven track record of success in talent management & development within product technology companies, consulting firms, international banks, or financial services companies. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - A passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that empowers employees to achieve their full potential. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
