- Their role includes leveraging applicant tracking systems, analyzing relevant hiring metrics, and staying informed about current job market trends and innovations
- Strong sourcing capabilities
- Expertise in evaluation and negotiation techniques
- This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments
- Excellent Vendore Management skill is required to hanled multiple vendors to fulfillhiring needs of the organzation timely.
