Role Overview:

As a Talent & HR Solution Architect, you will serve as the strategic bridge between complex business requirements and cutting-edge HR technology ecosystems. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable HR architectures, working closely with C-suite stakeholders, HR transformation leads, and cross-functional technical teams to modernize talent management processes. By translating organizational goals into robust digital roadmaps, you will directly influence employee experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This role demands a high-level consultative approach to ensure that our HR technology stack remains agile, compliant, and future-ready in a rapidly evolving global market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect end-to-end HR technology solutions by evaluating current systems and identifying integration opportunities to streamline talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce analytics.

- Partner with senior business leaders to define long-term HR digital transformation strategies that align with organizational growth objectives and improve overall human capital ROI.

- Lead complex solution design workshops to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured technical requirements for development and implementation teams.

- Oversee the selection and deployment of best-in-class HRIS and talent platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and data integrity across the entire HR ecosystem.

- Mentor cross-functional project teams by providing technical guidance and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery and adoption of new HR solutions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade HR technology architectures, with a deep understanding of the intersection between HR processes and digital transformation.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering consensus and driving buy-in for large-scale organizational changes.

- Strong analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends and emerging HR tech innovations to maintain a competitive advantage in talent management.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate matrixed environments and influence decision-making at the executive level.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Technology is preferred, complemented by a track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives.

- Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work environment across Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Mumbai, maintaining high levels of collaboration with distributed teams and global clients.

- 12 - 20 years of professional experience in HR technology consulting, solution architecture, or systems integration within a large-scale corporate environment.
