Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Mapping & Landscape Analysis: Work closely with zonal recruitment teams to align internal talent needs with the external talent pool, ensuring hiring strategies are tailored to meet organizational requirements.

2. Tracking & Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with zonal teams to monitor recruitment progress and provide ongoing updates on key metrics, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.

3. TA Dashboard & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain detailed dashboards to track hiring performance, sourcing strategies, and key recruitment metrics. Use data analysis to provide actionable insights and optimize recruitment processes.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify inefficiencies in TA processes and recommend solutions to enhance TA effectiveness and employee/stakeholder/candidate experience.

- Assist in implementing new TA tools and technologies.

5. Data Analytics: Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and create reports that help improve talent acquisition efforts and decision-making.

6. Special Projects: Lead or support special projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies, tools, and processes, including refining sourcing channels and improving reporting practices.

Who are we looking for?

Education - Degree specialized in HR, Masters Degree is preferred

Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in similar role

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on data tracking, reporting, and process optimization.

- Solid experience in developing and maintaining TA dashboards and using data analysis to drive decision making.

Skills:

- Strong Execution orientation: Ability to independently drive their project areas while solving for ambiguity (if any) and suggesting process improvements to enhance team's delivery.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data visualization.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with zonal recruitment teams and other stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
