Success depends on exceptional talent, and they are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and retain top-tier professionals.


Role Overview:


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles in quantitative research, trading, and technology. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute hiring plans for roles such as Quant Researchers, Algo Traders, and Software Engineers.


- Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Job portals, and niche platforms, to identify top talent.


- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial interviews, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and coordinate assessments.


- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.


- Employer Branding: Promote the firms culture and values through social media, events, and networking.


- Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.


- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Prop Trading firm


- Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, quantitative finance, or technology roles.


- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.


- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.


Preferred Skills:


- Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.


- Experience hiring for niche roles in quantitative research and software development.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
