In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional patient care by ensuring we have the best and brightest professionals on board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals for various roles within the organization.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.

- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment events.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates.

- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.

- Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment agencies.

- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the healthcare sector.

- Participate in campus hiring initiatives to attract and recruit top talent from leading universities and colleges.
