- Background in Staffing / RPO OR Skill Development / Training OR Vocational / Training-focused Education.
- Strong experience in high-volume, frontline/non-tech hiring.
- Hands-on hiring for Trainers (Tech & Non-Tech), Centre/Branch Managers, Placement/Career Managers, Counsellors, and other centre-based roles.
- Proven 20+ multi-location closures per month
- Comfortable with a target-driven, fast-paced environment with daily reviews and performance dashboards.
- Immediate joining availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a TA team (~4 recruiters) to hit weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Own end-to-end hiring across locations (sourcing screening interviews offers joining).
- Build and optimise sourcing channels: job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, institutes, fairs, vendors, WhatsApp/local networks.
- Run daily/weekly reviews with clear funnel visibility (sourced screened interviewed offered joined).
- Maintain dashboards on TAT, offer-to-join ratio, closure numbers, cost-per-hire and other KPIs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate bench for critical roles to reduce time-to-hire.
- Standardise screening and interview processes to improve selection quality and joining ratios.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast demand and plan hiring proactively.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 4 - 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with proven delivery in volume hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with daily reviews and performance dashboards.
- Strong execution mindset and ability to manage a distributed hiring engine.
