
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview :
- A mid-level Talent Acquisition role (4-8 years experience) responsible for end-to-end hiring across multiple functions such as sales, finance, operations/supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing.
- The position goes beyond traditional recruiting and acts as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning hiring with business goals and team-building priorities.
- Requires operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with agility and problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define talent strategy: Work closely with leadership to identify ideal candidate profiles, including skills, mindset, and cultural fit.
- Source & attract candidates: Use diverse channels such as networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative outreach-not just job boards.
- Manage full hiring cycle: From sourcing to offer closure, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Enhance candidate experience: Ensure transparent communication, structured interviews, and timely feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and manage offer negotiations.
- Build hiring insights: Track metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance) and develop dashboards to improve processes and support eventual transition into broader HR responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 4+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR, with strong hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Exposure to hiring across multiple business functions (preferably in dynamic or operations-heavy industries).
- Strong stakeholder management, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- High ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to balance candidate experience with business needs.
- Comfortable working independently and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google tools.
