Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your key responsibilities will include understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Primary Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Implement Strategies: execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-quality candidates.
- Understand Hiring Needs: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their long-term talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Process Management: good knowledge of entire process, from creating job postings and advertising vacancies to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, and hiring managers/management.
- Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of ATS/ERP/MsExcel, ability to use Job portals; other business-oriented social media platform for professional networking, career development, and job searching. Able to use the latest technology to leverage desired results.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/ MBA into similar industry (preferred)
- Experience: Min 4-8 years of proven work experience in talent acquisition and from similar industry (preferred)
