Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our talent acquisition strategy. Based in Mumbai, this role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and the broader talent acquisition team to drive best practices, improve recruitment processes, and enhance the overall candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition COE Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

- Lead and execute campus hiring programs, building strong relationships with universities and identifying top emerging talent.

- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and share knowledge with the team.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and networking.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in campus recruitment and building relationships with universities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment from any Manucaturing.
