JD :

- End-to-End Technology Hiring : Own full-lifecycle recruitment across IT and engineering roles like Software, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure to deliver top-tier permanent and specialist tech talent.

- Technical Assessment & Stakeholder Partnership : Partner with senior Tech leaders as a trusted advisor, conducting deep technical screenings to ensure high-quality, market-competitive candidates beyond basic keyword matching.

- Direct Sourcing & Pipeline Building : Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to drive proactive direct sourcing and drastically reduce agency dependency.

- Campus & Early Careers Strategy : Design, build, and lead IGSI's technology campus recruitment programs, establishing partnerships with Tier-1/Tier-2 engineering colleges, hackathons, and internship initiatives.

- Market Intelligence & Process Excellence : Leverage technology market trends, compensation insights, and hiring metrics to continuously optimize recruitment strategies, time-to-hire, and employer branding.
